Tony refers to himself as an amateur artist who lives in Stone, Staffordshire. Tony produces artwork in different mediums, formats and styles, however now concentrates on landscapes and animal portraits in oils.
Inspired by the countryside around Stone, a canal town which has produced many wonderful studies of the Trent and Mersey canal from Aston to Barlaston.
His animal studies have embraced all types from mice to tigers, garden birds, birds of prey and family pets, including a budgerigar.
Although Tony is a self taught artist he has been painting for over fifty years and has exhibited locally in thr Staffordshire Open Art Exhibition and his works of art have travelled as far as Australia and Canada.
Now retired Tony is able to dedicate more of his time to his artwork and accepts commissions.
